Agreement, operator, and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Aleksandr Prikhodko, an individual developer trading as LocalPrice (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, downloading or installing the iPhone app, or using LocalPrice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement, be at least 18, and use LocalPrice for a business or developer account you are authorized to manage. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
For the iPhone app, these service terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The Standard EULA governs the iOS application license.
What LocalPrice provides
LocalPrice imports app-store catalog information, calculates market-specific pricing suggestions, lets you edit and review prices, and can submit approved price schedules to supported stores. Calculations may use purchasing-power data, currency conversion, rounding, and store price points.
Suggestions are decision-support outputs, not financial, tax, legal, or revenue guarantees. You remain responsible for reviewing each price, territory, product, tax treatment, effective date, and subscriber-migration choice before submission.
Accounts and store credentials
- Provide accurate account information and protect your password and devices.
- Submit only API credentials and app information you are authorized to use.
- Use least-privilege store permissions where possible and revoke keys you no longer need.
- Notify app.localprice@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Price submissions and store timing
LocalPrice does not change a price until you approve the review step. Stores control validation, scheduling, storefront display, subscriber notices, consent requirements, taxes, and final effective dates. Apple subscription schedules commonly take effect on a later Pacific Time date rather than immediately. A submitted job may be delayed, partially rejected, or superseded by store-side changes.
Verify submitted schedules in App Store Connect and keep appropriate business records. You must resolve agreements, permissions, product status, and subscriber-consent requirements imposed by the store.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. The exact total price, currency, billing period, and included access are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account for an iOS purchase or processed by the displayed web provider for a web purchase.
Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple may charge the account within 24 hours before renewal. Manage an Apple subscription in App Store account settings. Deleting a LocalPrice account does not cancel an external subscription.
Apple decides App Store refund requests under its policies. Other refunds follow the applicable payment-provider rules and mandatory law. LocalPrice may change future prices or features with the notice and consent required by the store and law.
Acceptable use
- Do not access stores, apps, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Do not circumvent plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or store safeguards.
- Do not upload malware, probe other accounts, disrupt queues, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
- Do not use LocalPrice for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Licence
Subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use LocalPrice for your internal business purposes. The iPhone app is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not remove proprietary notices or use LocalPrice software, interfaces, or data to build a competing service.
Ownership and feedback
You retain rights to app information, pricing configurations, and content you provide. You grant LocalPrice the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate the service. LocalPrice software, design, documentation, and branding remain owned by the operator and licensors. We may use feedback without restriction or payment.
Third-party services
LocalPrice depends on Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, PostHog, Vercel, currency and purchasing-power sources, and other third parties. Their terms and availability also apply. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using LocalPrice.
We are not responsible for store decisions, external outages, exchange-rate movement, tax treatment, or third-party changes outside our reasonable control.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve, secure, or operate LocalPrice. We may discontinue the service. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and comply with applicable store and legal requirements.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using LocalPrice or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and general legal terms — survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalPrice is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, a particular revenue result, or acceptance of a submitted price by a store. Nothing excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalPrice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, subscriber churn, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
This exclusion includes losses arising from a price, territory, currency, tax, subscriber-migration choice, or effective date you review and approve; inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated exchange-rate, purchasing-power, tax, catalog, or store price-point data; a calculation, conversion, rounding, snapping, display, transmission, or synchronization error; unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure an account or credential; or a store’s acceptance, rejection, delay, modification, display, or application of a submitted price.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to LocalPrice will not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unauthorized use of a store account or credential, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or content and instructions you provide. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.
General terms, changes, and contact
We may update these Terms for service, legal, or security reasons. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law governs these Terms without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the applicable store licence form the entire agreement concerning LocalPrice.
