Privacy Policy

How LocalPrice collects, uses, protects, and deletes account, catalog, pricing, purchase, and diagnostic information.

Who we are and who this policy covers

LocalPrice is developed and operated by Aleksandr Prikhodko, an individual developer trading as LocalPrice (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Additional information about the operator and legal contact details may be requested at app.localprice@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the LocalPrice iPhone app, web application, APIs, and support channels. LocalPrice is a professional tool designed for adult app developers and businesses.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, internal user identifier, authentication session, and account status. Supabase processes authentication; LocalPrice does not store your readable password.
  • Store connection information: App Store Connect key and issuer identifiers, the private API key you submit, credential status, and app identifiers. Private keys are encrypted before storage. We never request your Apple ID password.
  • Catalog and pricing information: app names, bundle IDs, product identifiers, territories, currencies, current and calculated prices, strategies, overrides, and refresh timestamps.
  • Operations and history: catalog import status, requested price changes, push-job progress, results, errors, and price history.
  • Subscription information: RevenueCat customer identifier, product, entitlement, purchase and expiration dates, renewal state, and transaction environment. Apple or Stripe processes payment details; LocalPrice does not receive full card numbers.
  • Optional analytics and diagnostics: after you allow analytics, PostHog may receive lifecycle events, onboarding and feature interactions, paywall and purchase-flow events, exports, error details, and device/app context. We disable session replay and do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
  • Local device information: authentication session, onboarding completion, analytics-consent choice, and interface preferences stored in browser storage or on your device.

How we obtain information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from the app, from App Store Connect when you authorize a catalog import or price operation, and from service providers such as Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, PostHog, and Vercel.

How we use information

  • Authenticate your account and synchronize your workspace across devices.
  • Import store catalogs, calculate prices, show a market-by-market preview, and submit only changes you approve.
  • Provide subscriptions, restore purchases, verify Pro access, prevent duplicate billing events, and support your account.
  • When you allow optional analytics, understand feature usage, investigate failures, and improve reliability and usability.
  • Protect LocalPrice, enforce limits, and prevent abuse using necessary operational and security information.
  • Comply with legal obligations and communicate material service or policy changes.

Legal bases and analytics consent

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process account, store, billing, and operational information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Optional PostHog product analytics and diagnostics are based on your consent. The PostHog SDK is configured not to capture before you opt in. You may refuse without losing LocalPrice functionality and may withdraw consent at any time in Settings. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection on that device and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell or rent personal information, use advertising networks, access the IDFA for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months.

We disclose only what is necessary to operate LocalPrice, respond to lawful requests, protect users, or complete a business transfer. We require providers that process user data for us to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and account administration.
  • Apple — App Store Connect access, StoreKit purchases, subscription management, and price scheduling.
  • RevenueCat — subscription status, entitlements, purchase restoration, and billing webhooks.
  • Stripe — web checkout and payment processing where web billing is offered.
  • PostHog — product analytics and diagnostics without advertising or cross-app tracking.
  • Vercel — web hosting, API execution, logs, and delivery infrastructure.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, catalog, pricing, and operational information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the Supabase account and associated LocalPrice rows through database deletion rules and requests deletion of the matching RevenueCat customer record.

Deleting LocalPrice does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account first if you want billing to stop. Limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, or other legal obligations. They are removed or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.

Security

We use access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted transport, and authenticated encryption for submitted store private keys. No security system is perfect. Keep passwords and API keys confidential, grant only needed permissions, and revoke a store key in App Store Connect if you suspect misuse.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States, European Union, or other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism supplied by the provider.

Children’s privacy

LocalPrice is not directed to children under 13, and its business features are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Change optional analytics consent, disconnect a store key, or delete the account in Settings. For another request, email app.localprice@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Changes, related documents, and contact

We may update this policy as LocalPrice changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice before a material change where required.
